Account Manager

Remote (Located within United States Central to Eastern timezone)

Calipsa’s AI platform analyses surveillance video in real-time to assess risk, filter out false alarms and automatically notify alarm monitoring services. We are looking for a motivated and multilingual Customer Success Engineer to join the Calipsa team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology company in an exciting role.

About the job

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join our international team. Focused on the Americas market, you’ll manage your own clients with the objective of building deeper relationships and driving growth within those accounts. You’ll be an integral part of our results-driven Americas team and will have significant responsibility from day one.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are delighted with the solution we provide, as well as developing opportunities to deliver further value for them by extending their use of the Calipsa platform. A key part of the role is really understanding the value that we bring to our customers, quantifying it and making sure it's presented to client stakeholders in an easy to understand and timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for collecting product feedback from customers and influencing the product roadmap.

There’s no pre-requisite technical or industry knowledge required, but a genuine interest in AI and Machine Learning will help. Team mentality and a can-do attitude are extremely important.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for your client’s revenue success and happiness
  • Expert understanding of the Calipsa product, and utilizing this knowledge to support client growth
  • Responsible for managing customer workload and working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the marketing team in organizing, promoting, and researching marketing material
  • Providing ongoing training to client’s sales and technical teams
  • Expert understanding of the Calipsa product roadmap
  • Understanding client product roadmap suggestions, and feeding back to internal teams
  • Supporting the Account Management team with invoicing, billing enquiries and additional billing admin
  • Being a Calipsa team player; willing to learn and take on any task that will benefit clients and the company
  • You are happy to work remotely and are flexible with collaborating with the London HQ and with a remote US team 

What you'll have

  • 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years proven success in account management, client success, sales or a similar function

  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment and/or a software technology company is a plus
